Our Promise

Every product we sell is backed by our commitment to quality and your complete satisfaction. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, malfunctions, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll resolve the issue promptly.

Your Options

  • Repair — We'll arrange professional repair at no cost
  • Replacement — We'll send a new unit if repair isn't viable
  • Full Refund — If we cannot resolve the issue satisfactorily

We cover all return shipping costs for faulty products.

To Report an Issue

Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if possible. We respond within 1 business day and resolve most cases within 7 days.


Change of Mind Returns

Digital Locks — Before Installation

Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • Security seals intact

Return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns.

Digital Locks — After Installation

Installed products cannot be returned for change of mind. Installation permanently modifies your door, and the product cannot be resold as new.

Custom Products — Gates, Doors & Wraps

These products are fabricated to your exact specifications. Cancellation terms depend on production stage:

During production Partial refund for work not yet completed
After production or installation Non-refundable (custom-made to order)

Quality or workmanship issues are addressed regardless of stage.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • PayNow/Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

Warranty Support

All products include manufacturer warranties. If a fault develops during the warranty period, contact us and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Warranty coverage varies by brand — typically 2–3 years. Refer to your product page or contact us for specific details.
