Delivery & Installation

We deliver and install throughout Singapore. International shipping is not currently available.

Business Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10am – 7pm
Orders placed after 5pm or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.


Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Available for products not requiring installation
  • Doorstep delivery with tracking notification
  • Signature required upon receipt

Delivery with Installation

  • Included with most digital lock purchases
  • Professional installation by manufacturer-authorised technicians

Installation Services

Professional installation is provided by manufacturer-authorised installers, not HOZ employees.

What's Included

  • Removal of existing lock (where applicable)
  • Installation of new digital lock
  • User training on lock operation
  • Testing and verification
  • Disposal of old lock and packaging

Before Installation

  • Door assessment: We may assess your door type before confirming installation
  • Approvals: Obtain any required HDB or condo management permissions
  • Access: Ensure clear access to the installation area
  • Presence: You or an authorised adult must be present

Scheduling

  1. We contact you within 1 business day to arrange installation
  2. Request specific time slots (subject to availability)
  3. Typical installation duration: 1–2 hours
  4. Weekend appointments available upon request

Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24 hours notice required

  • Late rescheduling may incur a fee

Additional Charges

Standard installation covers most HDB and condominium doors. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Non-standard doors (glass, unusual thickness)
  • Door reinforcement or modifications
  • After-hours installation (before 10am or after 7pm)
  • Re-visits due to access issues
  • Structural modifications for gates or doors

Any additional charges are communicated and approved before work proceeds.


Custom Products — Gates, Doors & Wraps

These products follow a multi-step process:

Step 1: Consultation

  • Discuss your requirements with our team
  • Receive an initial quote based on specifications

Step 2: Site Measurement

  • Professional measurement at your location
  • Site visit fee may apply (credited to final order)
  • Final quote confirmed after measurement

Step 3: Fabrication

  • Production begins upon payment
  • Products fabricated to your exact specifications
  • Lead time: typically 2–4 weeks

Step 4: Installation

  • Scheduled upon fabrication completion
  • Duration: typically 2–4 hours

Access Requirements

  • Condominiums: Notify security of scheduled delivery/installation
  • HDB: Ensure lift access for large items
  • All locations: Parking access may be required for installation vehicles

Missed Appointments

If delivery or installation cannot proceed due to:

  • No one present at the scheduled time
  • Site inaccessibility (locked gate, no parking)
  • Conditions differing from original assessment

A rescheduling fee may apply for subsequent attempts.


Damaged or Missing Items

Upon delivery:

  1. Inspect packaging for visible damage
  2. Verify all items match your order
  3. Report any issues within 24 hours

Contact us immediately if anything is damaged or missing.


Installation Liability

Installation is performed by manufacturer-authorised technicians. HOZ coordinates the service but does not employ installers directly.

  • Quality: Covered by manufacturer standards and warranty
  • Accidental damage: Installers maintain appropriate insurance
  • Pre-existing conditions: Installers will advise if issues are discovered before proceeding

Contact us immediately if any issue arises during installation — we'll facilitate resolution with the installer.
