Is installation included in the price?
Yes! All HOZ digital locks include professional installation by our certified team. We'll schedule a convenient time, typically within 3-5 business days of your order. Installation takes about 30-60 minutes, and we'll walk you through all the features before we leave.
Will this lock work on my HDB door?
Most likely yes! This lock is compatible with standard HDB main doors, BTO doors, and most condo/private doors with thickness between 35-55mm. Not sure? Just WhatsApp us a photo of your door at +65 9369 2997 and we'll confirm within 24 hours.
What happens if the battery dies?
Don't worry! The lock will warn you when batteries are running low. If they do die completely, you can use the emergency 9V battery port on the outside of the lock for temporary power, or use the physical backup key that comes with every lock.
What warranty coverage do I get?
This lock comes with a comprehensive warranty. Year 1 covers both parts and labour. Years 2-3 cover parts only. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and electronic issues. Note: DIY installation voids the warranty, which is why we include professional installation.
