I’m interested in installing a Digital Lock, what’s next?

I’m not sure which Digital Lock to get.

First thing first is to consider if you are getting a Digital lock as an enhancement or replacement.

Digital Lock enhancement will be adding on a Digital lock on top of your current lock, some model for it will be Samsung SHS-3321 and Schlage S-480.

 

Digital Lock replacement will be removing your existing door lock and handle, and replaced with the new digital lock. Often, this is the preferred method as it looks nicer and more modern looking.

 

Next, it will depends on the features you require for your digital lock. If you require remote access, wifi/bluetooth feature, fingerprint, mobile app, the price will be higher as there are more features

What battery should i use for the Digital Lock?

Alkaline Battery is recommended. Do not use rechargeable or lithium battery for Digital Lock.  

When can the installation be done?

Usually the installation can be schedule with 2-3 working days after confirmation. Installation will be done on Mon-Friday, 9am-6pm.

 

Additional surcharge of $50 might apply for installation of outside the stated hours.

Additional surcharge of $100 are applicable for midnight installation

Does your product have warranty? Are you a local distributor?

Yes. We are the authorised distributor for Samsung Digital Lock and Schlage Digital Lock. All our locks comes with two years warranty with the distributor and lifetime technical support.
