1) Do not mix old and new batteries together
2) Change batteries once every 6 months to prevent battery leakage
3) Use only alkaline batteries (Duracell, Panasonic Evolta and GP Ultra recommended)
4) Install door closer to protect your digital lock from door slamming; warranty will be voided as a result of door slamming

Highly recommended company for your digital locks! Their customer service is really great and responsive. Installer faced an issue with installing my digital door lock due to the older type of door metal plate that was installed in my home but quickly managed to find a workaround solution to it which meant they dedicated more time to ensure the locks were installed securely. I will surely recommend Hoz to my family and friends!

Existing digital suddenly can't lock and had to use master key. Recommended by colleague to engage HOZ. Response from HOZ was fast. Called to enquire and order, they arranged for installation the next day. Vicky was skillful in the installation. He is friendly & helpful to teach me how to configure the pin code & the finger printing. Got the lock set with promo price, which is much appreciated.
