For a hard reset, open up the battery cover of your Igloohome smart padlock to access the hard reset button. Hold down for 3 seconds, after which your device will revert to its original factory setting. You can refer to the Igloohome user manual for more information.  

How do I unlock and lock my Igloohome smart padlock?

Unlocking your Igloohome smart padlock can be done through its 2 unlocking modes - PIN Code and Bluetooth. Either open up your Igloohome app, tap on the “Bluetooth Unlock” button and wait till the padlock is unlocked automatically. You can also press any button to wake your Igloohome padlock up and key in a valid PIN Code, followed by pressing the “Unlock” icon. To lock your Igloohome smart padlock, you can rely on its manual relock function by pressing and holding the “Unlock” icon or auto relock it by closing the shackle in place.  

How do I change my Igloohome password?
